Built for the firms that close on thepartner call.
Your senior partner is in a pitch. The intake form sat for six hours. The prospect went to the firm that called back first. We are building the layer that picks up, follows up, and tracks every dollar back to the channel that earned it. The offer is not open yet. Design-partner conversations are.
Talk to us as a design partner →Who this is being built for.
Three kinds of firm. All Canadian. All inbound-driven, with deal sizes large enough that a missed call costs more than a month of someone's salary. If you do not see your firm in one of these three cards, this offer is probably not for you. We will tell you straight.
Tax & Advisory.
Mid-market accounting firms with advisory practices, family-office groups, and tax shops with five-figure annual engagements. The kind of firm where the controller asks a question on a Tuesday and the proposal lands the following Tuesday. We are building for the partners who watched referrals fall off and started running ads, then could not tell which ads paid for the work.
Legal.
Boutique and mid-sized law firms in corporate, employment, IP, immigration, and family law. Per-matter values from five figures to seven. We are building for the firms whose intake is one phone line and one paralegal, where a missed call after 4 p.m. is a competitor's retainer by 9 a.m. Personal injury is handled on a separate page; this one is for everything else.
Boutique Consultancy & Fractional Executive.
Strategy and operations consultancies under fifty people. Fractional CFO, COO, and CMO practices. The deal size is high, the cycle is long, and the close happens on a call between two senior people. We are building for the partner who runs LinkedIn ads, takes one warm call a week, and has no idea which channel actually paid for last quarter.
Outside these three: We are not your firm. Insurance brokerages, recruiters, agencies, coaches, MSPs, and SaaS shops have been considered and excluded. The sales motion does not match. We would rather tell you that now than waste a call.
Four places firm revenue goes missing.
The contractor playbook gave us four leaks. The firm version has four too. Different language. Same shape.
What we are doing
before launch.
The contractor playbook took four years to harden. We will not promise the same playbook for tax, legal, and consultancy firms until we have installed it on enough of them to know it holds.
Through 2026 we are running a small number of design-partner engagements. Three or four firms across the three verticals named above. The work is real. The pricing is honest. The terms are clear: shared learning, full data access for us, full system ownership for you, and a written commitment that what we build for you keeps running whether we work together after launch or not.
When the playbook is stable, service opens. We will not put a date on this page until we are certain we can hit it. If you want a notification, the form below is the only place to ask for one. We will not run a nurture sequence between now and then.
What the install will look like.
Same four modules we ship for contractors, re-tuned for firm intake, partner workflow, and matter or engagement attribution. One foundation, four engines, all yours to keep.
Front-door diagnostic and site instrumentation. Page speed, form integrity, call buttons, webhooks, consent. The prerequisite for everything else.
Server-side tracking, conversion API integration, and closed-loop attribution from ad click to signed engagement or signed retainer.
Instant qualification on inbound calls and forms, with handoff logic that respects firm hierarchy. Privileged communication handled correctly for legal intake.
Automated handoffs between intake, associate, and partner. Pipeline stages that match how firms actually work, not how a generic CRM thinks they should.
Module 4 (lead scoring) is reserved for firms with six months of clean data. We will not pitch it to a design partner.
Talk to us as a design partner.
Three or four firms across tax, legal, and consultancy. Real engagements, design-partner pricing, full ownership of what we build. If you think your firm is one of those three or four, tell us. If you are unsure, tell us anyway. A short reply is faster than a quarter of wondering.
A real person reads every submission. If the fit is plausible, we will reply within five business days with a short note and a calendar link. If the fit is not plausible, we will tell you that too, in one paragraph. Either way you hear from us once. No drip campaign, no monthly newsletter, no follow-up sequence.
